Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or periods of high demand.


2. Shipping Times

We work with reliable international fulfillment partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Sweden & EU 7–15 business days
USA & Canada 7–12 business days
Rest of the world 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated time frames and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Aureum™ is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs clearance.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
If the provided address is incorrect and results in a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

We are unable to issue refunds for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment confirmation, please contact us at support@aureumbrand.com.
We will investigate the matter and offer a replacement or refund if the package is deemed lost.
